Thomas Willingham is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Head of Global Merchant & Partner Services and also the Head of Global Enterprise Solutions at Block since July 2020, Thomas has previously held significant roles including Senior Engineering Manager at Cash App and Senior Software Engineer at Square. As the Owner of Willingham Digital LLC since August 2016, Thomas has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills alongside a solid background as Chief Technology Officer at Simpeo and as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Help Lightning. Thomas's educational credentials include an Executive Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama.
