Tim Halpin

Tim Halpin is a Global Corporate Real Estate Executive with extensive experience in workplace operations and real estate strategy across APAC, the US, and EMEA. Currently, Tim serves as the Director of Global Workplace Operations at Xero and leads workplace operations for Block in the APAC region. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Global Real Estate, Facilities, and Workplace at Afterpay, where they successfully established a global strategy and expanded office locations from 2 to 14 cities worldwide. Tim earned a Master of Business Administration from RMIT University and has a background in engineering, underscoring their solid foundation in leadership and project execution within corporate real estate.
