Travis Frels is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading software development teams and driving innovative projects across various companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Block since October 2021, Travis plays a pivotal role as the Technical Lead for the Growth Tools team, focusing on leveraging generative AI to enhance customer support tools. Previously, Travis held positions at Devon Energy, where responsibilities included architecting cloud-native solutions and mentoring developers, and at Paycom, where Travis designed enterprise job processing systems.
