Vincent Vuong

Vincent Vuong is currently the Head of Sales at Block and the Head of Business Development at Phoenix Group, where they focus on Bitcoin mining hardware and business strategy. Previously, they served as a Strategic Advisor and Senior Director of Revenue & Growth at Compass Mining, where they grew annual recurring revenue from $0 to $100 million and led a sales team to increase revenue from $1 million to $400 million within ten months. Vincent has also held key roles at NovaBlock and Poolin, contributing to the development of one of North America's largest Bitcoin mining pools. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
