Vishal Dave

Vishal Dave currently serves as Deputy General Counsel for Corporate M&A, Investments, and Antitrust at Block since April 2022, while also holding the position of Counsel Lead for Mergers & Acquisitions and Antitrust at Square since January 2018. Prior experience includes working as Corporate Counsel at Fenwick & West from February 2012 to January 2018, and as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP from October 2010 to February 2012. Vishal Dave earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Santa Clara University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
