Wesley Beck

Wesley Beck is an experienced professional in external workforce management and procurement, currently serving as the Global Head of External Workforce at Block since August 2021. In this role, Wesley leads a global program that integrates business strategy, agile procurement, compliance, and risk management. Additionally, Wesley is an Advisory Board Member for ProcureCon US and a Strategist at Peopledation, providing consulting solutions for external workforce ecosystems. Previous positions include Vendor Operations Manager at Google, Program Manager at PRO Unlimited, and Vendor On-Premise Manager at Aerotek, among others, where Wesley facilitated significant improvements in workforce programs and recruitment strategies. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of New Mexico.
