Wesley Chow

Wesley Chow is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Cash App since December 2017, Wesley is responsible for building and supporting the Cash App Identity and Controls teams, focusing on developing a world-class identity system to enhance Cash App's complex financial ecosystem. Prior to Cash App, Wesley held various roles at AdRoll, including Staff Engineer, where notable achievements included leading a team to improve customer reporting systems and integrating key advertising offerings. Wesley has also contributed to academia as a Teaching Assistant at UC Berkeley and gained early industry exposure through internships at Amazon and Convio. Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from the University of California, Berkeley.
