Will Paul

Will Paul is an experienced public policy thinker currently serving as the Head of Payments, Hardware, & Small Business Public Policy at Block. Previously, Will held multiple roles at HM Treasury, including Policy Advisor for International Trade and Head of Trade Negotiations, where significant contributions were made to trade agreements and negotiations. Will also served as a Policy Advisor in the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. They hold a Master's degree in National Security Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in History and Politics from the University of Edinburgh. Additionally, Will is a Board Member of the Texas Blockchain Council, promoting digital asset innovation in Texas.
