Ying Li

Ying (Lydia) Li is a Business Intelligence Analyst currently employed at Block, specializing in machine learning and decision science since April 2022. Prior to this role, Ying worked at Bespoke Inc. from February 2020 to March 2022, focusing on chatbots, AI, insights, and data visualization. Ying's career includes experience at Microsoft, where responsibilities included Program Manager and Budget Analyst positions from February 2014 to November 2018, as well as academic roles at the University of Toronto, serving as an Economics Peer Mentor and First Year Peer Mentor. Ying holds a Master’s degree in Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto.
