The Human Resources team at Block is responsible for cultivating a supportive and efficient environment for all employees across its various business units, such as Square, Cash App, Spiral, and TIDAL. They manage employee engagement, internal communications, talent acquisition and management, payroll, benefits, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. Their aim is to enhance employee satisfaction and drive organizational success by aligning HR practices with Block's overarching mission of economic empowerment.
