Roni Sidi has a diverse legal background with substantial experience in commercial, real estate, infrastructure, international hi-tech, and mergers and acquisitions. Roni began a career in the Israeli Medical Corps as a Medical Team Trainer within the Israel Defense Forces from 2000 to 2002, followed by roles in legal practice at M. Firon & Co. from 2010 to 2012 as an Associate in the Real Estate Department and later in the International Hi-Tech and M&A Department. Roni served as Senior Legal Counsel at SolarEdge Technologies from 2015 to early 2024 and is currently the General Counsel at Blockaid, starting in April 2025. Additionally, Roni holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from The Interdisciplinary Center and has attended the Practicing Law Institute for ongoing professional development in SEC reporting and practice skills for lawyers.
