Andre Rolim

Andre Rolim is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and corporate leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at TSA Capital since February 2019, Andre is also a Board Member at BLOCKBIT and YIA. Previously, Andre held significant roles at Cipher as Global COO and CFO, and served as CFO for Resource IT Solutions and DBA. Early career experience includes a Controller position at Capgemini and a Financial Analyst role at Novartis. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from Stanford University and an MBA in Corporate Finance from Ibmec, alongside a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from FECAP, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
