Leonardo Winter has extensive experience in security solutions and commercial roles. At Aker Security Solutions, from October 2006 to September 2008, Leonardo served as Gerente de Projetos, overseeing security project development and post-sale activities for the RJ branch. Additionally, as Analista de Segurança, responsibilities included customer support and liaising with the Brasília headquarters. As Gerente Comercial, Leonardo managed commercial operations in RJ, assisting partners with pricing and proposal development, and later initiated Aker's activities in ES. From November 2016 to August 2023, Leonardo held the position of Gerente Comercial Brasil at Blockbit, focusing on national commercial strategies and support for partners. Currently, Leonardo serves as Diretor Comercial at Blockbit since August 2023. Leonardo holds a postgraduate degree in Network from 2008 to 2009.
