Seth Hertlein

Seth Hertlein serves as Vice President and Global Head of Policy at Ledger since January 2022. Additionally, Seth holds various board positions, including Board Member of the Blockchain Association PAC and the Blockchain Association, as well as Chair of the Board of Advisors for the PA Blockchain Coalition. Seth is a Board Member at Crypto Freedom Alliance of Texas and Ohio Blockchain Council, and serves as a Strategic Advisor for SoLo Funds. Previous roles include Head of Policy & Government Relations at Stellar Development Foundation and multiple positions at FS Investments, including Executive Director & Assistant General Counsel for Public Policy & Regulatory Affairs. Legal expertise was developed at the Ohio Division of Securities and Roetzel & Andress. Seth holds a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, an MBA in Finance from Wright State University, and a BS in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.
