Logan Sugarman

Logan Sugarman, CFA is the Founder and CEO of Refresh, a company that provides an interoperable SAAS platform for HR departments to manage health and benefits offerings. Logan is also the Founder of Triangle Digital and Balcony Partners LLC. Previously, Logan served as the Managing Partner at Permanent Capital and held portfolio management positions at Midsummer Capital LLC, Swiss Re, and Kinyan Capital LLC. Logan also has experience as an analyst at Exis Capital Management LLC and as a System Engineer at Accenture. Logan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Psychology, and Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
