Derek Dosterschill

As Senior Director of Business Development, Derek is responsible for the execution of the partner strategy, growing and supporting the partner ecosystem, and bringing value to end-users. Drawing from his diverse experience developing sales and account management processes as well as tech stack ownership, he manages partner development through implementation and success, 360 degrees of support.

Prior to joining Blockchains, Derek built his career servicing clients in this same fashion. From prospecting and vetting strategic partners to developing and delivering key features, his experience in engineering and tech has helped him cultivate a service-first model, informing both his approach to business development and team leadership.

At Blockchains, Derek leverages these skills in the advancement of a shared Web3 vision, one predicated on consumer privacy and self-sovereignty.
