Ling Cheung Hughes is an expert in intellectual property strategy and development, currently serving as an Intellectual Property Advisor for several companies, including Cellens Inc, Notarize, and Blockchains, Inc. With extensive technical training in formal verification, distributed computing, network security, and cryptography, Ling's PhD research focused on modeling and verification of randomized embedded system algorithms.
