Tim Dexter is the founder and CTO of Blockcities, Inc., a property technology company developing a platform for the fractionalization of real-world assets powered by blockchain technology. They also serve as a board member on the Blockchain & Digital Innovation Task Force for the State of Montana. They previously served as Executive Vice President at M&T Bank from 2012 to 2018 and as President of Westside Research Inc. from 1997 to 2012. They attended Utah State University from 2003 to 2004.
