Camyar Matini

Camyar Matini has a diverse work experience. Camyar currently holds the position of Director, Strategy at Blockdaemon since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Staking Strategy from October 2022 to March 2023, Head of Liquid Staking from March 2022 to October 2022, and Business Operations Manager from September 2021 to March 2022, all at Blockdaemon.

Before joining Blockdaemon, Camyar worked as an Associate at Thomas H Lee Partners from July 2019 to July 2021. Camyar also gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lazard from June 2017 to June 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Summer Analyst at Lazard in May 2016 to July 2016.

Camyar started their professional career as a Financial Advisor Intern at Merrill Lynch in June 2015 to August 2015.

Camyar Matini attended St. Albans School from 2004 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they studied Economics at Yale University. In 2014, they briefly pursued a field of study in Public Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
