Fong Lin

Fong Lin has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and people operations. They started their career as an Office Manager at Westmont College from May 2008 to April 2010. They then worked as a Product Coordinator for UGG Australia at Deckers Outdoor Corporation from September 2010 to April 2013. Fong Lin then joined Reality Carpinteria as a Director of Human Resources from April 2013 to February 2018. They worked as a Consultant from March 2018 to September 2020. Fong Lin then joined Apeel as a Director of People Operations from July 2020 to August 2023. Currently, they are working as a Director of People at Blockdaemon starting from August 2023.

Fong Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Affairs from Westmont College. In addition, Fong has obtained certifications in "Excel 2016: Advanced Formulas and Functions" and "Excel 2016: Pivot Tables in Depth" from LinkedIn in 2020.
