Susan Yao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and support. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Blockdaemon since March 2022, Susan previously held key roles at Yext, including Platform Manager and Client Support Specialist, where responsibility entailed managing client data configurations and providing top-tier support for Premier Clients. Prior to Yext, Susan worked as a Customer Service/Success Associate at iOffer, managing customer issues and onboarding processes. Early career roles include PBX Operator at Holiday Inn Golden Gateway San Francisco and Office Assistant at Degenkolb Engineers.
