Taylor Rusthoven has worked in various roles since 2013. Their first role was as an ABA Program Manager and Lead ABA Therapist at Collaborating for Kids, LLC from 2013 to 2016. Taylor then moved to Pediatric Therapy Group where they were a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ReachABA. Taylor is currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/Clinical Supervisor at The Place for Children with Autism since 2020 and is due to take on a role as a Product Engineer at BlockFills in 2022.

Taylor Rusthoven is currently enrolled in The Odin Project for Software Development, having started in 2021. Previously, they obtained a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2016. Taylor also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Printmaking from Indiana University Bloomington, which they obtained in 2012. In addition, Taylor has a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), which they obtained in May 2017.
