From 2018 to 2012, they worked as the Chief Regulatory Office - Regulatory Change for Deutsche Bank, where they provided specialist regulatory advice to a broad range of stakeholders and collaborated with international teams to establish functions for Regulatory Change, Horizon Scanning, and Peer Analysis. From 2012 to 2007, they took a career sabbatical. Lastly, from 2007 to 2007, they were the Manager of the Early Dispute Resolution Group for Morgan Stanley, where they independently investigated and responded to sales practice complaints against Registered Representatives of the firm and conducted in-depth portfolio analysis and research to determine investor suitability in relation to risk tolerance.
