Lead Engineer at Blockgraph

Xinyang Jiang began their work experience in 2013 as an intern at ShangHai huanle huyu Inc. In 2014, they became a Research Assistant Student at Tsinghua University, where they worked on developing a user-mode file system and optimizing big graph processing systems. Xinyang also implemented a graph computing system for detecting fake accounts in social networks.

In 2017, Xinyang joined FreeWheel as a Software Engineer. Xinyang played a significant role in the BlockGraph platform, co-writing the first lines of code for the proof of concept. Xinyang also designed and built the first version of microservices architecture for BlockGraph, with a majority of it still in use for production. Xinyang built and maintained over 20 microservices, covering areas like real-time audience targeting, database CRUD client, and large-scale data processing.

In 2019, Xinyang started working as a Software Engineer at Comcast. Then, in 2021, they became a Lead Engineer at BlockGraph. Xinyang expressed gratitude for witnessing and contributing to the growth of BlockGraph, from being an intern to a junior engineer, an experienced engineer, and now a tech lead.

Xinyang Jiang completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Jilin University in the years 2010 to 2014. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, and successfully graduated between the years 2014 and 2017.
