Ivan Hladik

Ivan Hladik has extensive experience in engineering and management within the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Bloomreach since January 2021, Ivan has also held positions as Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Manager within the same company. Additionally, Ivan co-founded Blockmate in October 2021 and previously worked as Engineering Manager at Exponea, which was acquired by Bloomreach. Ivan's career began at Centrum Holdings, a.s. as a Software Engineer from October 2007 to October 2015, and included a role as Project Manager at News and Media Holding a.s. from October 2015 to March 2018, as well as experience as a Software Developer at OZ Ynet from 2006 to 2011. Ivan earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, completing studies in 2011.
