Ritiraj Gaur

Ritiraj Gaur has a diverse work experience starting in 2004 as a Team Leader at HBL Global Pvt. Ltd. Ritiraj then worked as a Marketing Manager at Curewell Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., where they performed sales analysis, developed distributors, and managed a sales team. In 2007, they joined ICICI Bank as a Branch Operations Manager. From 2011 to 2021, Ritiraj worked at HDFC Bank Ltd as an Assistant Vice President, where they led a team of 22 members, managed branch profitability, ensured high-quality service, and achieved break-even within 18 months for newly launched branches. Currently, Ritiraj is serving as the Director of Operations at VTeamLabs LLC and the Director at BLOCKnit LLC. In 2022, they became a member of Catalyst 2030.

Ritiraj Gaur obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Amity University, from the years 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Kurukshetra University, from 2000 to 2002. Additionally, Ritiraj Gaur has obtained several certifications, including "Cold Calling: The First Seven Seconds" from LinkedIn in May 2023, "Mutual Fund Distributor Certification" from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in July 2021, and "Insurance Consultant" from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India in June 2021.
