Igor Barinov

Igor Barinov is currently a Privacy Coordinator at the Ethereum Foundation. They previously served as the Manager and General Manager at Blockscout, where they focused on strategic direction, business growth, and stakeholder management. Prior to that, Igor co-founded multiple technology ventures, including Hint Solutions and Viewst, and held the position of Chief Technology Officer at POA Network. Igor holds a Bachelor's degree in Material Science from the Russian State Technological University and a degree in Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University, alongside specialized training in Deep Learning from the University of San Francisco.
