Rosa Shores

Rosa Shores has a long and varied work experience. Rosa began their career in 1994 as the Visual Merchandising Manager at Byron's, where they oversaw daily operations and visual merchandising. In 1996, they moved to HSN as Programming Manager and Merchandise Planner, where they collaborated with senior management to determine merchandise on-air programming and planning direction. In 2002, they co-founded Classifieds2Go, Inc/The Mule News, a bi-weekly, local newspaper publication, in print and on-line. In 2011, they returned to HSN as an eCommerce Category Manager for the Health & Wellness, Andrew Lessman Procaps, Ingenious Designs Brands (Joy Mangano, Keith Urban, Randy Jackson, Joy + IMAN) divisions as well as the cross-category Travel initiative. In 2014, they co-founded Clearvoter, a non-partisan, community based civic action network. In 2017, they became the CEO/Co-Founder of BlockSpaces, a company focused on blockchain-enabling traditional business applications. In 2018, they joined the Florida Blockchain Business Association as Vice-President and Board Chair of the Corporate & Community Engagement Committee.

Rosa Shores is currently enrolled in Business Administration and Management, General at St. Petersburg College. Rosa has obtained numerous certifications, including IBM Blockchain Essentials in February 2019, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in May 2020, Google Analytics Certified in February 2017, and Blockchain: Foundations and Use Cases from ConsenSys Academy. Rosa is also in the process of obtaining Data Science Foundation-Level 1 from IBM and IBM Blockchain Essentials V2 from IBM.
