Peter Merc

Peter Merc is a Slovenian entrepreneur and business executive who is currently the Co-Founder & CCO at Blocksquare. Peter has also served as a Member of the Slovenian National Digitalisation Council and an External Evaluation Expert for the European Commission. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Lemur Legal Ltd. and also worked as a SPIKE Esports Agency.

Peter Merc has a Doctor of Laws (Ph.D.) from the University in Ljubljana in Corporate and Banking Law. Peter also has a Master of Laws (MSc) from the University in Maribor in Banking and Finance Law, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University in Ljubljana in Law. In addition, they are certified by PLANET GV d.o.o. in Certificate of Competence for Members of Supervisory Boards and by the Slovenian Intellectual Property Office as a Trademark & Design Agent.
