Lisa Neigut

Lisa Neigut has a varied work experience, having held positions in the software engineering and consulting fields. In 2011, they were an EduAction São Paulo Trainee for AIESEC, where they taught an 8-week course on global citizenship, cultural diversity, and leadership. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Consultant for Pariveda Solutions, building and maintaining custom applications within the Microsoft stack. In 2015, they were an Android Engineer for Electric Objects, and in 2012, they were an Android Developer for Etsy. From 2012 to 2016, they were a Facilitator for Recurse Center, and from 2017 to 2018, they were a Senior Engineer for Pluot Communications. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer for Square, and in 2021, they became a Co-Founder of Base58. Most recently, they have been a Lightning Protocol Engineer for Blockstream since 2018.

Lisa Neigut graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2010 with a BBA & BA in Management Information Systems, Spanish & Portuguese. Lisa also obtained a BBA from the Texas McCombs School of Business in Business Honors & Mgmt Information Systems. In March 2022, Lisa obtained a Bitcoin Tx Protocol Class certification from Base58.
