The Blockstream leadership team is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds in applied cryptography, security, finance, and product management. Collectively, the team has experience working at companies such as Bitcoin Consultant, EMC, Microsoft, Passport, Google, and First Data Corporation. The team also has experience founding and leading companies such as GreenAddress IT Limited and MarkitSERV. Furthermore, the team is educated at some of the top universities in the world including Stanford University and the University of Exeter.
