Eric Engebretsen

Eric Engebretsen is a co-founder of Bloom, a pioneering social-impact staffing company focused on enhancing living standards in emerging markets through remote work, since June 2021. Prior to this role, Eric served as a Mid-Market Account Executive at Deel, where the company created a payroll platform for remote teams backed by prominent investors. With a strong sales background, Eric held positions at Alloy as both an Enterprise and Mid-Market Account Executive, achieving notable sales performance, and working as a Marketing & Growth Associate at Hifi Finance. Earlier experience includes business development at Divvy, where Eric contributed to building the sales process, and a growth internship at Juxta Labs, a VC-backed app development firm. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management & Entrepreneurship from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
