Aidan Morgan is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Bankwest since November 2025, Aidan is also the Founder, Fractional CTO, and Startup/Investment Advisor at Run Level Five, and holds the position of Technical Lead for LaunchLab AI at Bloom. Aidan's previous roles include Principal TPM for Reliability Programs at Atlassian, Senior Director of Digital Products and Director of Software Engineering at First Mode, Principal Consultant at Telstra Purple, and Chief Technology Officer at Boundlss and Azimuth Labs. Aidan has a solid educational background with a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Software Engineering from Curtin University and additional training at DISC09.
