Justin Kosmides is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship and finance. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Bloom since July 2023, Justin leads an operations-as-a-service platform designed for the electric mobility sector, enhancing domestic manufacturing and delivery processes. Prior to this, Justin was the CEO and Co-Founder of Vela Bikes from February 2020 to January 2024, where the focus was on engineering and manufacturing connected e-bikes. Justin spent nearly a decade at Barclays Investment Bank as a Vice President, successfully closing over 250 debt transactions valued at approximately $5.4 billion. Additional roles include participation in the On Deck Founder Fellowship, an associate at Accenture, and various positions in real estate analysis and research. Justin holds an undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, and Finance from the University of Vermont.
