With offices in London and Birmingham, Bloom is an independent building consultancy powered by professionals.

We have more than 50 years of experience between us, and all of us are experts in our fields who are passionate about what we do.

We work with investors, landlords, lenders, developers and end users across all real estate sectors.

While we specialise in Building Surveying, Project Management, Cost Management and Distressed Asset Recovery, sustainable thinking runs through all our services.

We recognise that while all our clients have financial targets, each also has its own ESG aspirations which we help translate into deliverable strategies.

Across the property and real estate sector, our actions and decisions have environmental, economic and social impacts.

At Bloom, we take a holistic, whole-life approach to optimise financial returns and deliver a positive impact to the built environment.
