Bloom Concierge Home Care is a small business owned and operated by a family of Valley locals. After taking care of their parents in their home, Founder Rob Beck and his wife Megan started Bloom due to their struggle with finding a home care agency that could take care of everything they needed. Their goal was to fill that gap by combining licensed insurance agents, nationally certified home safety experts, trained safety equipment installers, AI monitoring devices, and authentic, traditional home care services.  

With this, Bloom became a service able to offer tailored solutions rooted in each client's interests, preferences, and capabilities, taking the weight off of families and allowing them to enjoy time with their loved ones. 

At Bloom, we carefully craft care plans that not only create an environment of physical health and safety, but, more importantly, prioritize mental health and socialization. Our clients do something every day to feel a sense of joy, pride, and belonging.  

Our caregivers have a clean background check and drug screen, and they are CPR and First Aid Certified. We get to know our caregivers personally, so we can intentionally match them with clients based on personality, needs, and interests. We understand the irreplaceable value of relationships, so we will not send a revolving door of caregivers to your home. Bloom conducts regular check-ins and performance reviews to make sure you are looking forward to seeing your caregiver, and, if you aren't, we will work with you and make changes until you are.  

We meet technical needs with services like free home safety assessments and insurance evaluations, we meet physical needs with services like equipment installation and dietary planning, and we meet emotional needs by creating comfortable relationships and socialization plans. We're a small, family-owned, non-franchise business, which gives us the unique opportunity to offer premium care without premium pricing.
