Hey, I’m Kate 👋
and I build websites and marketing strategies designed to fit real businesses, real budgets, and real lives.

But this didn't start as an agency...

In 2017, I moved from the 🇬🇧 UK to a small town in 🇨🇦 Ontario after falling in love while backpacking in Thailand.

Romantic? Yes.
Strategic career move? Not exactly.

I had to rebuild everything. My network, my confidence, my career, and my community... from scratch.

So I did what any creative, slightly stubborn entrepreneur would do: I built something.

What started as sharing my newcomer journey online turned into The New to Canada Podcast (220,000+ downloads) and later The New to Canada Academy: A course and community helping others rebuild their lives here too. I became a go-to voice in the newcomer space and was featured by multiple news outlets, from Narcity Canada to CBC News Network.

But along the way, something else became clear:

👉Small business owners don’t struggle because they’re bad at what they do.
👉They struggle because digital marketing feels overwhelming and unclear.
I'd learnt so much whilst building my own online brand, and I wanted to pass on my knowledge.

That’s why I founded Bloom Digital: A website design and marketing strategy studio helping small businesses create intentional, high-converting online presences without the social media stress.

With 10+ years in event management, brand strategy, business development, and marketing, I blend creativity with strategy and big ideas with practical execution.

I believe:
✨ Clear strategy beats constant posting. You don’t need to post every day to grow.
✨ Your website should work for you on autopilot (and close the sale while you sleep.)
✨ Marketing should support your life. Not consume it.

If you're building something meaningful and want your online presence to reflect that, let’s connect.
