Andre Krylov

Andre Krylov has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andre recently joined Bloom Energy in March 2021 as the Senior Director of Legal Commercial Development. Prior to their current position, Andre worked at GE Power for a significant period, where they held the positions of Senior Legal Counsel from October 2012 to November 2020 and Senior Contract Risk Manager from February 2008 to September 2012. Before joining GE Power, Andre worked as a Senior Lawyer at Capgemini from November 2005 to February 2008. Andre also held the position of Senior Associate at Franklin from November 2001 to October 2005. Andre began their career as an Associate at Kahn & Associés from June 2000 to October 2001, and earlier, as an Associate at Clifford Chance from August 1996 to May 2000. Andre started their legal career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from September 1995 to August 1996.

Andre Krylov has a Master's degree in Law from Moscow State Law Academy, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. Andre also has a Master's degree (DEA) in Law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University, which they earned from 1993 to 1995. Furthermore, they hold a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Yale Law School, completed in 1994 to 1995. In terms of additional certifications, Krylov became a Full Member of the Barreau de Paris (Ordre des avocats de Paris) in 2002 and obtained Full Membership in the New York State Bar Association in 1995.
