Andy Ta

Andy Ta has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Andy is currently employed at Bloom Energy as the Director of Development Engineering, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, Andy held various positions within the company, including Senior Principal Engineer from January 2017 to July 2021, Principal Engineer from January 2013 to December 2016, Senior Staff Engineer from January 2010 to December 2012, Staff Engineer from January 2006 to December 2009, and Test Engineer from March 2004 to December 2005.

Before joining Bloom Energy, Andy worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Reliability Test Engineer from August 2002 to March 2004, Osram Opto Semiconductors as a Test Technician from April 2002 to August 2002, Altex Technologies Corporation as a Research Associate from May 2001 to April 2002, Catalytica Energy Systems as a Test Technician from August 2000 to May 2001, and NWT Corporation as a Test Technician from May 1999 to August 2000.

Andy Ta attended San Jose State University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. There is no information available regarding any further education at EPRI.
