Bradley Fields

Bradley Fields is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Since July 2024, Bradley has served as Plant Manager at Bloom Energy, where previously held positions included Senior Director of Manufacturing, Director of Stack Manufacturing, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor from April 2010 onward. Prior to joining Bloom Energy, Bradley worked at NUMMI from January 1993 to April 2010, where roles included Body Weld Manager, Body Weld Assistant Manager, and Body Weld Group Leader, alongside experience as a Production Team Member. Throughout the career, Bradley has demonstrated expertise in managing large teams, overseeing production, engineering, maintenance, and quality control, with a focus on continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen.
