Jen Testa

Jen Testa is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations at Bloom Energy, Jen leads day-to-day operations, improving processes to attract top talent and enhance the recruiting experience. Previous roles include HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at CSC, where Jen provided workforce planning and coached leadership on employee relations. With a foundational background in human resources at Bloom Energy and Target, Jen also served as Director of Baseball Operations at WVU Baseball, coordinating team logistics and compliance. Jen holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management/Business Administration from West Virginia University.
