Mark Parrish

Director, Structured Finance And Corporate Development at Bloom Energy

Mark Parrish has a diverse work experience in the energy and finance sectors. Mark began their career as an Engineering Design Intern at Icon Engineering in 2005. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Construction Management Intern at JR Engineering. In 2010, Mark worked as an Energy Consultant at Filsinger Energy Partners, where they managed due diligence requests and performed forensic accounting for two bankrupt ethanol facilities. Mark also developed cash flow forecasts for a natural gas-fired power plant.

In 2011, Mark joined ING Capital, LLC as an Analyst and worked their way up to Vice President. At ING, they focused on arranging project finance transactions in the energy sector, including geothermal, solar, hydro, wind, and natural gas-fired power generation facilities. Their responsibilities included designing credit structures, conducting credit analyses, and negotiating loan agreements.

Since 2018, Mark has been working at Bloom Energy. Mark initially served as the Principal of Structured Finance and later took on the role of Director of Structured Finance and Corporate Development. Further details about their responsibilities and achievements at Bloom Energy are not provided.
