Mark Richards

Mark Richards has a diverse work experience in the legal field, particularly in the energy and technology sectors. Mark is currently the Vice President Legal, Commercial Development at Bloom Energy since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the US General Counsel at Eolus North America, Inc. from January 2020 to June 2021. Mark was also the General Counsel at Oak Creek Energy from January 2020 to July 2020. From 2017 to 2020, Mark Richards had their own private transactional practice, providing legal services in various sectors, including energy, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. Mark also served as the General Counsel, Solar Energy Division at SOITEC from May 2011 to December 2016. Earlier in their career, they were a Partner at Winston & Strawn LLP and White & Case.
