Thomas Sipe

Thomas Sipe has held various management positions at Bloom Energy since 2007, including Regional Manager and Superintendent, where responsible for launching the refurbishment program, and Manager of Sustainment Operations, focusing on transitioning field returns to full production. Other roles include overseeing material planning and logistics for manufacturing plant setup, managing production planners for cross-functional integration, and leading ERP system improvements in collaboration with IT. Sipe's early career includes serving in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Operator, where leadership in a preventative maintenance program was demonstrated. Sipe holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and further education from the University of Washington.
