Paul Mitchell

Paul Mitchell has extensive work experience spanning several different companies and roles. Paul currently works as the Chief Technology Officer at Bloom Procurement Services. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Agilico from 2019 to 2023. From 2016 to 2019, Paul held various positions at Experian, including Chief Transformation Officer UK/I & EMEA and Managing Director for Customer Experience, Technology, and Operations - EMEA. Paul also worked at Virgin Media Business as the Director of Customer Operations and Transformation from 2013 to 2016, and at Virgin Media as the Director of Virgin Media Shared Services from 2010 to 2013. Before that, Paul worked at BT Global Services as a Programme Director for Customer Experience and Shared Services from 2008 to 2010, and at Vodafone (Cable and Wireless) as the Director of Global Billing and Revenue Management from 2003 to 2007. Paul also held roles at Vodafone (Vizzavi), Kingfisher plc, and Zomax, where they gained experience in service delivery, customer operations, and contact center management.

Paul Mitchell attended NESCOT - North East Surrey College of Technology from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Business and Administration.
