Alys Hitchman

Alys Hitchman has a diverse background in human resources. Alys is currently the People Lead at Bloom & Wild since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Partner at Red Badger from January to November 2022. Alys also held multiple roles at Warner Music Group, including Senior People Partner from August 2020 to January 2022, HR Manager from November 2018 to August 2020, and HR Advisor from November 2015 to November 2018. Before joining Warner Music Group, they worked as an HR Coordinator at POSSIBLE from September 2013 to November 2015. Alys started their career as an HR Assistant at Club 21 from April 2012 to September 2013 and Arcadia Group Ltd from August 2011 to April 2012.

Alys Hitchman began their education at Strodes College in Egham, starting in 2004 and finishing in 2006. Following this, they attended the University of Portsmouth from 2007 to 2009, where they earned a 2:1 in Human Geography. Alys'seducation continued at London South Bank University from 2016 to 2019, where they obtained a Human Resource Management MSc CIPD Level 7 degree.
