Aron Gelbard

Aron Gelbard is the Co-Founder & CEO at Bloom & Wild. Aron has also previously worked at Huckletree, Bain & Company, D.light Design, and Google.

Aron Gelbard graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Economics. After working at Google as a Product Marketing Intern, they joined Bain & Company as a Manager. Aron worked on strategy and performance improvement with leading Consumer Products, Retail and Tech companies. Aron was promoted to Manager a year early and won Bain London's main bi-annual staff award. In 2009, they took a position at D.light Design where they led a feasibility study and developed an implementation plan for India manufacturing operations.

In 2013, Aron Gelbard co-founded Bloom & Wild, an online flower delivery company. The company delivers fresh flowers by post, with a focus on convenience, affordability and customer service. Under Aron's leadership, Bloom & Wild has won multiple awards, including being named one of the fastest growing companies in Europe by the Financial Times.

Aron Gelbard has an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School, and a BA in French and German from the University of Oxford.
