Caitlin Macrae has a diverse work experience history. Caitlin worked at Bloom & Wild as both a Senior Customer Delight Manager and currently as a Customer Delight Lead since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Birchbox as a Discovery Specialist Manager from April 2019 to February 2020, a Senior Discovery Specialist from February 2017 to April 2019, and a Discovery Specialist from May 2016 to September 2017. Caitlin also has experience at Minc Beauty as an Operations Lead from February 2015 to May 2016 and as a Beauty Therapist and Nail Technician from June 2014 to February 2015. Caitlin Macrae began their education at Simon Balle School in 2004, where they obtained their GCSE. Caitlin then attended the same school from 2006 to 2008, completing their A Level in English Literature, Photography, and Psychology, as well as an AS Level in Film Studies.

Following their time at Simon Balle School, Caitlin Macrae enrolled at the University of Plymouth from 2008 to 2011. There, they pursued a BA (hons) degree in Design, specializing in Photography.

Caitlin Macrae later attended the London College of Beauty Therapy from 2013 to 2014 and obtained a Level 2 VRQ in Beauty Therapy with Make-up. Caitlin continued their education at the same institution from 2014 to 2015, earning a Level 3 VRQ in Advanced Beauty Therapy Techniques.

In addition to their formal education, Caitlin Macrae has obtained various certifications. These include Gel Polish Application from Artistic Colour Gloss and Eyebrow Threading, as well as Level 2 and Level 3 VRQ certifications in Beauty Therapy and Makeup, all from LCBT | Courses for Careers.
