Deborah Reid

Deborah Reid has a diverse work experience in the field of software testing. Deborah started their career as a Software QA Tester/Product Consultant at Experian, where they tested various websites and received a HeartBeat Award for their work on the re-designed Autocheck website. Deborah then joined Test Partners Ltd as a Software Tester and later became a Test Lead, where they managed test planning, team responsibilities, and testing approach for multiple leading brands. In 2017, Deborah worked as a Software Engineer in Test - Brands at Arcadia Group Ltd. Deborah'smost recent role was at Bloom & Wild, where they started as a Senior Tester and later became the Lead Test Engineer. At Bloom & Wild, Deborah was responsible for using technology to enhance the flower delivery experience and personalize the ordering process for customers.

Deborah Reid completed their education at Nottingham Trent University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business. Before that, they attended the Royal Masonic School for Girls from 2000 to 2008, where they completed their AS and A Levels in subjects such as Business, ICT, Health and Social Care, and English Language. In addition to their academic qualifications, Deborah obtained a certification as a Black Box Software Tester from the Association for Software Testing (AST) in August 2013.
