Emma Voak started their work experience in 2011 as an Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young, where they specialized in Real Estate, Hospitality, and Construction. Emma later moved on to Market Tech UK, where they held the positions of Financial Accountant and then Head of Accounting from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, Emma joined Nails Inc as a Financial Controller and worked in that role until 2022. Emma is currently the Group Head of Financial Control & Reporting at Bloom & Wild.
Emma Voak attended Jersey College for Girls from 2004 to 2007. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Durham University, where they pursued a degree in Natural Sciences with a focus on Geography and Economics from 2007 to 2010. Following their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at Kaplan Financial from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained an Associate Chartered Accountant degree in the field of Accounting.
